Oura Bamboo Rope

Bamboo ropes are unique.They are luxuriously soft and supple,the perfect shibari ropes for intimate(bamboo is naturally anti-bacterial),and are very popular for those who love to self-tie. Bamboo is the softest of the ropes that I make.It is sometimes described as bamboo silk because of its soft and silky feel.It is not as strong as hemp or jute and is not suitable for suspension.They are also used for floor work and gentle shibari.Please note:because bamboo rope has some stretch,knots should not be too tightly compacted as it will make them very difficult to untie.Bamboo is less likely to leave rope marks on the skin than hemp and jute. CARE INSTRUCTIONS： Because these ropes are hand-dyed,there is a risk of the colour running if washed.If you would like rope where the colour is less likely to run, please buy a solid colour rope. 30-degree hand wash,and air dry - do not tumble dry. Please note that frequent washing will decrease its lifespan.
